Large-Scape Infrastructure Package

EcoScapes for Municipal, Government & First Nations

Transform local waste streams into durable, beautiful community infrastructure. A turnkey circular package that diverts an estimated 250–1,000+ lb of plastic per bench from landfill and returns it as public benches, planters, transit stops and gathering pods.

  • Municipal & government procurement ready
  • First Nations community co-design & storytelling
  • Waste stream audit, recovery and local manufacturing
  • Pollinator habitat, carbon reporting & SDG alignment
EcoScapes large-scale infrastructure — EcoBench lineup for municipalities and First Nations communities

EcoScapes infrastructure is in research & development. Waste-diversion figures are approximate estimates and not certified weights. All designs and concepts are reserved; actual outcomes may differ. See the EcoScapes page for full R&D terms.

Buyer's Guide

How to choose a 3D printing maker package.

A maker package is not just a printer in a box. It is a matched system — machine, filament, calibration, training and a design library — assembled around what you actually intend to produce. We source the hardware after we understand the work, which is why no two packages ship identically configured.

Match the package to your output, not your ambition

Atelier Starter suits designers, jewellers, prop makers and emerging brands printing prototypes, samples and one-off pieces — a single-material machine with a compact build volume, four spools of sustainable PLA and enough training to get a clean first print in an afternoon.

Couture Studio is the right step when you are printing to sell. Multi-material capability means colour changes and soluble support without babysitting a swap, and ten spools plus three hours of hands-on training carry a small-batch run from prototype into repeatable production.

Maison Industrial is for continuous throughput: an industrial-frame machine that tolerates long unattended jobs, a full eco-material library, custom slicing workflows and a full day of on-site setup. Choose it when downtime costs you orders.

Sustainable filament, and what that actually means

Every package ships with plant-derived PLA rather than petroleum ABS, and our material library extends to recycled-content and wood- and mineral-filled filaments. Optional monthly or quarterly subscriptions keep spools arriving without panic-ordering mid-run, and we take back empty spools for reuse. Filament choice drives strength, finish and end-of-life more than any other variable — we walk through it during setup rather than leaving you to a forum thread.

Why local manufacturing pays for itself

Printing in your own studio removes freight, customs delay, minimum order quantities and the overproduction that comes with factory minimums. You make one, look at it, change it, and make it again the same day. For communities and institutions, the same logic scales up: the EcoScapes large-scape package turns a municipality's own plastic waste stream into public infrastructure manufactured close to where it will be installed.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Which Atelier Maker Package should I choose?
Match the tier to your output, not your ambition. Starter suits prototyping and small accessories; mid tiers suit studios producing sellable runs; the large-scape package is built for municipalities, government and First Nations partners converting local plastic waste into infrastructure.
What is included in a maker package?
A configured 3D printer, sustainable PLA filament to start, setup and calibration guidance, and access to a large library of printable designs. Packages are specified around what you intend to produce and in what volume.
Do I need prior 3D printing experience?
No. Packages ship configured, with setup guidance and onboarding, so a first print is achievable on day one. More advanced material tuning and design workflow support are available as you scale.
Is the filament environmentally responsible?
The included filament is plant-derived PLA rather than petroleum plastic. Failed prints and offcuts can be collected and reprocessed rather than landfilled, which is the same circular logic behind our EcoScapes work.
Can a municipality or organization use its own waste plastic?
That is exactly what the large-scape EcoScapes package is for. Local waste streams are recovered and processed into community assets such as the EcoBench, manufactured close to where they will be installed.
